 I am dealing in India with computer support, software and web services and now we are going to expend in US and other countries, first i want to start with US project and for that i need to hire attorney/lawyer who can setup LLC and provide me merchant services to process the transaction of sale, this task can be done by US Citizen who can do all formalities on behalf of our LLC.

We require these task to be completed

1) form LLC

2) obtain EIN

3) obtain Bank Account and merchant account on Company name
