I need an exchange website with a beautiful UI and smooth but basic features. I will make transactions manually.

Users should be able to:

- Get a reference ID for each transaction
- Create accounts
- confirm that they made payments by putting in transaction IDs
- Make payments in 25 minutes else each transaction will be cancelled.

admin should

- be able to fix rate
- be able to modify reserve quantity
- be able to mark payments as complete
- receive feedback
